Who we need
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Sales Manager to join our team at TechMagic. You will be responsible for taking over leads from marketing, discovering their needs, and presenting TechMagic and its services accordingly, closing deals and maintaining relationships with old prospects and SQLs. The main goal of this role is to process and qualify prospects and turn them into new long-term partnerships. You will work closely with the Head of Sales, the Sales and Marketing team, and the Technical Delivery units.
Requirements
Must have
Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher (min B2 level)
Strong analytical and communication skills
At least 4 years of experience in Sales
A proven track record of prospecting, developing or winning new business
Flexibility and ability to manage multiple clients at the same time
People-oriented and creative thinking
Business intelligence
Being tech-savvy
Will be a plus
Awareness of programming languages and SDLC
Experience in the IT sphere
Experience working with any CRM and G-Suite/MSOffice
Experience with B2B sales
Responsibilities
Closing sales cycle, from MQL to close (main focus on closing)
Establish partnerships with potential and existing clients
Get creative in forming commercial proposals, presentations, custom PDFs
Work with existing lists of high-potential prospects
Track performance results
Cooperate with the TechMagic marketing team on various initiatives
Be responsible for Sales results of some specific units or domains of TechMagic

Final interview with the Head of Sales and CEO
