You must be a confident written and verbal communicator who loves to connect with new people and build lifelong relationships. It doesn’t matter whether you have solid experience in recruitment or just beginning your career, we need a talented person with a great personality. We will consider carefully every CV.

— Completed (or in progress) recruitment courses (important if you don’t have work experience);
— Understanding the specifics of the IT market and how IT companies work;
— At least a basic understanding of programming languages/technologies;
— Superb written & verbal communication skills;
— Ability to understand technical requirements;
— Knowledge/skills in a variety of internet recruiting techniques (not only job websites);
— English — at least Intermediate level;
— Big desire to study and improve your knowledge every day.
