Completed IT recruitment / researcher courses (or proven work experience as a Researcher or Lead Generation specialist, not necessarily only in IT sphere)
Understanding how IT companies work (what is outsource/outstaff, the most popular positions and levels in IT sphere, trending programming languages etc.)
Knowledge/skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (not only job websites)
Superb written communication skills
Ability to create attractive messages for candidates.

Daily Linkedin/skype/e-mail communication with potential candidates
Providing information about the company
Work closely with the Recruitment team to determine hiring needs and priorities
