We consider candidates with a different background. If you have commercial experience in recruiting and high results in vacancy closing — we’ll be happy to meet you.
MUST HAVE
At least basic understanding of programming languages/technologies;
Skills in a variety of sourcing techniques (not only job websites);
Stress resistance, willingness to work with different level positions, both tech and non-tech;
Superb written & verbal communication skills;
English — at least Intermediate strong level.
