We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our team at TechMagic. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to close (with the focus on closing). The main goal of this role is to process, qualify prospects and turn them into new long-term partnerships. You will be working closely with the Head of Sales, the Marketing team and Technical Delivery units.

Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher (min B2 level)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Any Sales-Related business experience (Sales, Business Development, Engagement, Marketing, Lead Generation)
A proven track record of prospecting, developing or winning new business
People-oriented and creative thinking
Business intelligence
Being tech-savvy

Awareness in programming languages
Experience in IT sphere
Experience working with any CRM

End-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to close (main focus on closing)
Establish partnerships with potential and existing clients
Process website inbound leads
Work with existing lists of high potential prospects
Track performance results
Organize and take part in business trips and roadshows
Cooperate with the TechMagic marketing team on various initiatives
