About the role:

Our Care department is growing and we are looking for a Personal Assistant, that will work with our Top Managers and support them in Limassol, Cyprus. This role will inquire you to work and support not only one person, to be a trusted person to a few Managers and conducting daily support, additionally, this role will require time-to-time driving duties.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a trusted focal point between the manager and internal/external clients;
  • Handling personal requests of Top Manager and queries appropriately;
  • Managing calendars and follow-ups of Top Managers;
  • Other tasks of the Executives that will require driving, for example, driving within the city/ suburban, delivering and etc.;
  • Taking minutes of meetings if needed;
  • Booking, scheduling and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation including finding housing;
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines;
  • Coordinating events, projects, activities;
  • Conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents;
  • Working with Ukrainian/Russian speakers on a daily basis.

We require you to have:

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative related role;
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to work independently;
  • Strong Intermediate (or higher) level of English, both written and oral. Ukrainian or Russia as a native/at fluent level;
  • Experienced driving skills, with a driving licensee category B (good to have but not required to have a car);
  • Be Initiative, attentive, organized and flexible since the job might require ad-hoc requests;
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
