We own the GLHF (GOOD LUCK HAVE FUN) trademark, which produces headphones, rugs, armchairs, and clothing for gamers. The company develops the FragStore — chain of offline and online stores of gaming and e-sports products.
Now we are looking for Marketing Director for leading the marketing process and team of the Holding, control and reporting of all activities, sales support. Developing of the strategy for short and long time.
— Planing, execute and control the implementation of a marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existing products or services identifying customers and their current and future needs;
— Developing a brand strategy and monitor the competitors;
— Developing and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars, exhibitions and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects;
— Setting and administration an annual marketing budget, manage, and measuring marketing campaign costs;
— Taking part in the development of sales forecasting including tracking changes in supply and demand;
— Work with sales teams on brand initiatives;
— Providing tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively;
— Continually reviewing changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary. Offering expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media, and events;
— Manage and refining the organization’s social media presence;
— Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team;
— Reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs;
— Utilizing data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization’s databases and external data;
— Identify new business opportunities;
— To conduct market research studies;
— Negotiating with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts;
— To guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing managers.
— Minimum 5 years of experience at a similar position;
— Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field;
— Knowledge of the esports industry is must. Gaming experience considered as a benefit;
— At least Upper-Intermediate English and fluency in Russian;
— Strong project management and people management skills;
— Leadership and influencing;
— Data analysis experience;
— Proficient knowledge in marketing research and statistical analysis;
— Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry;
— Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns;
— Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
— Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels;
— Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments;
— Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.);
— Working knowledge of ad serving tools;
— Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
