AdGloriam is a game development company within TECHIA Holding. After working for many years with several esports and gaming products we decided to start a new direction in game development. The core team has united the proficiency and competence in show production, content making, storytelling, art and CGI solutions. AdGloriam is a game for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X, which will be developed on the Unreal Engine 5 engine. The genre is a multiplayer fighting arena with RPG elements and a focus on esports.
About the role:
We are looking for a skilled Unreal Developer to start a new initiative to set up an R&D team and increase game dev expertise. We are looking for a person who can start working on R&D, potentially interesting prototypes in the future, there is an opportunity to start working on a AAA title (consoles).
We are expecting from you:
— To work with the Unreal Engine in our R&D team;
— To be able to work with different game mechanics and different platforms together with an expert game design team;
— To be able to apply your experience to make the most appropriate choices when implementing new gameplay systems based on the engine;
— We are seeking a person who could independently organize his work and ways how to improve it.
What will you do?:
— Rapid prototyping;
— Working hand-in-hand with a Game designer on new ideas;
— Improving the development process relay on needs.
You should have:
— Experience in developing game products;
— Strong skills in UE4 ( blueprints and code);
— 2+ years of experience with C++;
— Client-server architecture in-mind is a must and UE4 Networking knowledge;
— Experience with multiple core system tasks, such as networking, graphics, audio/video, and tools;
— AI programming, behavior trees, and pathfinding as a bonus;
— Passion for playing and making video games.
