The Project AdGloriam team combines expertise and competencies in product development, content, storytelling, design, and CGI solutions.

AdGloriam is a game for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X, which will be developed on the Unreal Engine 5 engine. The genre is a multiplayer fighting arena with RPG elements and a focus on esports.

Now we have a vacancy for CG Supervisor to join our team.

About the role:
The CG Supervisor is a key leader, overseeing CG projects through the production pipeline. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, excellent communicator and experienced CG Generalist with a good creative eye.

Responsibilities:
— Control and production of all video content, including cinematics, promos
— Formation of plans, milestones within deadlines
— Management of internal development processes
— Development of layouts, previse and production processes for High-end cinematic
— Provision and control of standards of High-end content production
— Identification and solution of technical problems
— Automation of processes, implementation of the best modern approaches and technologies
— Mentoring and monitoring team productivity
— Assisting and supervising employees in achieving the best results in the production process
— Work on the development and expansion of the team, attracting qualified employees

Requirements:
— Minimum four years of live-action CG experience, with at least two years in a leadership/supervisory role
— Ability to successfully delegate, mentor and manage people and projects
— Experienced knowledge of HoudiniFX, Unreal Engine 4
— Knowledge of Maya and Nuke will be a plus
— Understanding pipeline, workflow
— Understanding of the entire full CG production cycle
— Skills in Python, C ++, VEX, MEL will be a big plus
— Has superb problem-solving skills and takes initiatives to offer ideas and suggestions
— Ability to prioritize tasks managing time very well, providing everyone with accurate time estimates on shot task completion
