✔️ You’ll spend time on the following:

— Working with collaborative teams to deliver high-quality software to our clients and/or users.

— Creating a large-scale distributed system based on microservices.

— Leading or taking part in the full cycle of software consulting: from ideation to deployment and everything in between; handling all aspects of software development: architecture, design, development, deployment, monitoring, and operations.

— Helping with the mentorship of less-experienced peers & teammates.

✔️ Here’s what we’re looking for:

— You have experience with Javascript/Typescript and Dart languages.

— You have solid experience with Flutter mobile framework.

— You have worked with Next.js, React or Nest.js, or any other modern framework.

— You have good analytical and problem-solving skills and use them to solve complex problems.

— You are experienced (or at least not afraid) in diagnosing and solving technical problems in unfamiliar environments or systems.

— You are not afraid to dig into technologies and approaches you have not experienced before.

— You can independently lead a project from start to finish without excessive supervision.

— Exceptional analytical abilities and innovative problem-solving skills when dealing with complex issues.

— Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving technical challenges in unfamiliar coding environments or systems.

— Capacity to independently oversee a project from inception to completion without excessive supervision.

— Ukrainian and English (strong intermediate) are must-haves for this position.

In the cities where we have offices (Kyiv, Dnipro), we have a mandatory hybrid work format — 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
