Our projects range from small, but very difficult from a technical point of view, such as crowdmics.com, to the social network with millions of users. We focus on complex solutions so customer is always confident in the quality of the application and developers enjoy working with the code and can be proud of themselves and their team.

— Possess the skills of the PLO, and writing quality code:
you know in theory and in practice, SOLID, OOD, DDD, you know what MVVM, MVP, DI, CI, TDD;
— An excellent knowledge of Java. The big plus is the understanding of how language is designed from the inside;
— Good knowledge of android-framework, its features;
— Create beautiful and smooth interfaces, able to profile, find and fix performance problems;
— Effectively address two major problems of programmers: naming and caching;
— Write unit tests or be able to figure out how to do it;
— Know what is REST and why to use it. Socket vs WebSocket vs Long-polling — topics to be discussed at the interview;
— Work with the media, OpenGL, Bluetooth and other frameworks is a big plus;
— Be part of the team: teamwork & communication — must-have for all of us;
— Good English
