We are currently looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who will lead multiple client accounts, coordinate distributed engineering teams, and ensure stable, high-quality delivery across outstaff and outsourcing projects.

This role is ideal for a strong Middle+ / Senior specialist with solid hands-on experience in IT outsourcing / staff augmentation environments, who is comfortable owning delivery processes end-to-end, managing client relationships, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced service business.

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate multiple outstaff / outsourcing projects across international client accounts
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner
  • Ensure transparent, predictable, and high-quality delivery across active engagements
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, engineers, recruiters, and internal stakeholders
  • Proactively manage delivery risks, escalations, priorities, and expectations
  • Coordinate staffing activities together with Recruitment and Resource Management teams
  • Participate in candidate evaluation, interviews, and team formation processes
  • Monitor team performance, engagement, workload, and overall delivery health
  • Drive operational improvements and optimize delivery processes
  • Collaborate with the Sales team during pre-sales, discovery, and solution discussions
  • Support account growth and identify upsell / expansion opportunities
  • Ensure project documentation, reporting, and operational processes are properly maintained
  • Align delivery quality, timelines, budgets, and client expectations

Who we are looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management / Project Management / Account Management within IT services
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in IT outsourcing / outstaff / staff augmentation companies
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and distributed teams simultaneously
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience working directly with international clients
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery processes
  • Practical experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Experience working in fast-paced service environments with shifting priorities
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and people management skills
  • Ability to identify risks early and drive problem resolution independently
  • Higher education (required)
  • Confident experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and delivery tracking tools
  • English level — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced or higher (mandatory for daily communication)

  • Experience participating in pre-sales and discovery phases
  • Experience with resource planning and staffing coordination

  • Experience working with remote international teams across multiple time zones
