Responsibilities:
• Driving and motivating the team towards goal completion;
• Creating a project roadmap, requirements, resource plan;
• Being a master of planning things when they are unclear (you know that in the real world there’s never enough information and it doesn’t scare you);
• Analyzing project risks and preparing mitigation plans. Preparing status reports for top management and the teams;
