About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join Teamvoy and work across various client projects.
This is a company-wide role, meaning the Project Manager may be involved in different projects depending on business needs, project phase, and personal growth trajectory.

Our projects span multiple business domains, including but not limited to: FinTech & Banking, Manufacturing, Insurance, Healthcare, Logistics, Data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.

The role focuses on supporting and managing project delivery, working closely with clients, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders.

We are considering candidates who are based in Lviv, Ukraine, with a hybrid work model combining office and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders
• Support project delivery by tracking scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Monitor and report project progress, including status, milestones, and budget tracking
• Collect, clarify, and analyze client requirements and ensure alignment with project execution
• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, task allocation, and estimates
• Prepare regular project reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Participate in improving project management processes and team knowledge sharing
• Build effective communication with clients and internal teams to support long-term collaboration

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience working as a Project Manager in IT projects and experience working with international clients
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
• Good knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Confluence; Trello, MS Project are a plus)
• Ability to work with project documentation (requirements, plans, reports, presentations)
• Understanding of client business goals and ability to translate them into project tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Basic skills in risk identification and issue tracking
• Proactive mindset, responsibility, and willingness to learn and grow as a PM
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level (spoken and written)

Would Be a Plus

• Previous technical background (web, mobile, desktop development, or QA)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile applications
