Join Teamvoy as an IT Recruiter and actively drive recruitment in a fast-growing, innovative company!

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (within the IT sector);
• English — Intermediate or higher;
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and procedures;
• Ability to assess candidates’ skills and experience and conduct effective interviews;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to communicate effectively with candidates and department managers;
• Knowledge of current trends and tools in the recruiting field;
• Familiarity and proficiency with various search methods such as boolean search, x-ray, etc.
• Strong LinkedIn profile and understanding of candidate sourcing on the platform;
• Proficiency in searching on platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, Behance;
• Experience in collecting and analyzing candidate data;
• Experience using recruitment platforms and social media for candidate sourcing;
• High level of self-organization and attention to detail;
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) usage.

Responsibilities:
• Sourcing, selecting, and recruiting candidates for various IT positions (from trainee to senior level);
• Conducting interviews and assessing candidates together with Tech Leads;
• Writing and posting job descriptions on various platforms;
• Interacting with candidates and department managers to clarify job requirements;
• Maintaining and updating the candidate database.
