We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join Teamvoy and work together to identify and engage new clients in the software development industry.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Manager/BDR/SDR in a software development company, preferably in outsourcing or outstaffing;
• English proficiency at the Upper Intermediate level;
• In-depth expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must;
• Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Expandi, PhantomBuster, Linkedin Helper or similar service;
• Ability to write personalized, well-structured outreach emails;
• Analytical mindset and strong and research skills, especially in using online resources;
• Continuously refine search strategies and explore new channels for lead generation.
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients through platforms such as LinkedIn, email, and networking events, based on the ICP;
• Create email and LinkedIn outreach sequences and follow up with target companies;
• Connect with prospects to understand their needs and qualify how well they align with our services;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a positive experience during the early stages of the sales process;
• Transfer warm leads to the sales team;
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track lead engagement;
• Assist in preparing for business trips and conferences by generating relevant contacts and booking meetings;
• Managing inbound leads from various sources;
• Actively identify when a current approach is ineffective and promptly suggest alternative solutions to ensure a productive sales process.
