We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Researcher who could speed up vacancies filling. Here, you can find the optimal load level (mainly up to 3 positions in work) to pay enough attention to every vacancy and find perfect match candidates.
You will be part of the People Integration team, consisting of the Director of PI, Recruiter, PI Assistant, Employer Brand Manager, SMM Manager, and Designer. Also, you can be in contact with everybody in daily meetings.
As an international company with Ukrainian roots, we mostly hired local specialists, but now we have expanded borders. We’ll be happy to find the right person, regardless of his location.
Our processes are transparent, and we communicate directly with hiring managers. We usually decide on an offer based on the recruitment prescreen and one technical interview. You will not find delays because of unnecessary bureaucracy.
Vacancies technology stack includes but is not limited to JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, C++, C#, Python, and Golang. Most technical vacancies are middle-level or higher, but we have internship programs for trainee engineers. Also, we are working with non-tech positions in marketing, legal, sales, and other fields.
We are always open to using new tools or job boards, but our fundamental resources are LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, and Indeed. Of course, our strategy can be more extensive based on vacancy difficulty.
We use Google services for many tasks, such as internal communication and interviewing. You’ll work with Mail, Chat, Drive, Calendar, and Meet daily. Our ATS is CleverStaff, but we also have access to PeopleForce as an HRM platform.
