— Helps to search for information, studies international law acts and standards.
— Analyses third-party license agreements for products and services.
— Prepares agreements and compliance documents based on templates.
— Helps review customer edits to agreements.
— Provides analysis for Open-source licenses.
— Assists in formation of compliance processes.
— Does ad hoc department work according to the tasks from the senior personnel.
— Higher legal education.
— English (upper-intermediate level: reading, writing, speaking).
— Knowledge of business emailing rules.
— Confident using of the Google services: Inbox, Gmail, Drive, Documents, Sheets, Forms, Presentations.
