TeamDev is a product company with over 20 years of experience in creating our own products. One of the main directions is JxBrowser and DotNetBrowser. Our products are used by more than one and a half thousand companies worldwide, including Google, Mastercard, Intel, BMW, Bosch, Pfizer.
Quality customer support is one of the most important tasks. We are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist who can strengthen our team.
What will you do on this project?
- Work with the existing customer base: processing incoming requests, accompanying clients from the first contact to signing the contract, assistance in resolving requests.
- Conduct presentations and client interviews to increase sales and familiarize existing customers with new functionality.
- Communicate regularly with the technical team of the product.
- Interact with the legal department to prepare contracts and send them to the client.
- Issue invoices, track their payment.
Knowledge and skills required
- Advanced English level both spoken and writing.
- 2+ years of experience in IT as Sales/Customer Care/Support Specialist.
- Good communication skills, mastery of the business correspondence etiquette, customer focus.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, perseverance.
Would be a plus
- Experience in B2B support or a product company.
- Curiosity, interest in new technologies, and the world of IT.
- Experience in communication with the technical team and lawyers.
