Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Partnership Manager.

This position involves supporting and scaling the company’s partnership programs. We are seeking a proactive individual who will develop our existing partnerships and explore new opportunities.

We are Temy, an outsourcing company. Since 2014, we’ve specialized in building software for both startups and established businesses. We have deep expertise in IoT, E-Commerce, Financial Services, and AI services.

Currently, we have around 20 active projects, and our team consists of over 100 professionals working from Ukraine and abroad.

This is a full-time position.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in an IT company
• 1+ year of experience as a Partnership Manager in an IT company
• Ability to communicate the value of partnerships, conduct negotiations, and represent the company
• Understanding of the IT market
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience building partnership programs in outsourcing companies
• Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.)
• Availability to work during evening hours

Responsibilities:

• Conduct intro calls with potential partners and qualify them
• Follow up after intro calls, maintain communication, and align on next steps
• Research and select international conferences and organize partner participation
• Maintain the CRM system (Pipedrive)
• Work closely with the company’s CEO
