Обязанности

Team Management
• Supervision of recruiting team in three locations
• Regular meetings with all teams to define priorities and monitor the pipeline for open positions
• Allocation of new vacancies among recruiters
• Quarterly one-on-one meetings with recruiters
• Mentoring
Coordination with Operations
• Communication with Operations regarding the current status of the pipeline and push them if necessary to speed up the interview process
• Make sure Operations provide all necessary information to open a new position: project description, list of responsibilities and requirements, billable percentage, team lead/mentor
Coordination with Sales
• Market research for sales
• Providing resume samples to sales for their prospects
• Participation in pre-sales meetings if necessary
• Recruiting presentation for prospects
Coordination with PR Department
• Communication with PR regarding PR involvement in attraction of new talent: events, meetups, etc
Customer relationship
• Communication with customers if necessary on the current openings
• Providing customers’ with the overview of the current pipeline if necessary
• Presenting candidates to the customers if necessary
Contribution to Strategy
• Creation of recruiting processes (keeping update recruiting knowledge base, creation of recruiting expertise, creation of recruiting ownership, etc)
Recruitment
• Recruiting for selected positions if necessary
Team Operations
• Compose the vacancy description and post it to the web-site
• Monitoring HR and Recruiting Events
• Ownership of ATS processes
• Purchasing postings on the job sites (DOU, Work.ua, Rabota.ua, etc.)
• Communication with recruiting agencies
• Making offers to foreigners and Telenor positions
• New recruiters orientation and explanation of the processes
Reporting
• Preparing reporting for top management
• Keeping intact and up-to-date ongoing reporting information
