General responsibilities:
• Coordinate talent supply for all open billable positions, ensuring fast delivery and smooth communication between sales, OMs and recruitment department
• Investigate Market and competition
• Participate in Sales calls, meetings, and strategic planning
• Forecast needs for talent based on expected attrition, accounts growth, sales pipeline and market evolution
• Monitor and regulate salaries and regularly report on market wages
• Define suitable processes for talent acquisition
• Report to executive team, OMs, and sales on talent supply effort- reactive and proactive

Specific responsibilities for the different sources of talent supply:

Recruiting
• Size the recruitment team based on needs and forecasts
• Ensure we have the right people in place in recruitment team
• Define KPIs and compensation system for the recruitment team
• Track performance and ensure progress
• Motivate and inspire recruitment team along with the TL
• Foster innovation in recruitment department
• Propose reporting format about recruiting effort, and ensure reporting is effectively done
• In collaboration with HR Director and Events Managers, propose plans to increase TEAM’s attractiveness

Bench
• Manage financial balance between Bench and growth prospects, define and adjust bench optimal size and composition
• Manage bench resources to ensure they’re fully used
• Train bench resources to increase their marketability and serve TEAM’s growth plan
• Keep morale of our bench resources high
• Report about bench composition to relevant stakeholders

Internal Resource Realignment
• Keep an updated database of TEAM’s talent
• Update Internal Bid policy
• Ensure successful and controlled bidding process on open positions
• Coordinate realignment with HR, sales and OMs to minimize risks with customers, and to avoid internal frictions

Training
• Coordinate with HR, Centers of Excellence, sales and OM to define middle to long term training plans for TEAM based on forecasted needs
• Define training priorities for Top Gun Lab and other training programs to ensure supply of junior resources needed by existing projects or by our sales pipeline
• Ensure proper publicity of these trainings programs in the company, and their successful execution
• Investigate and implement cooperation with external training centers

TEAM International is looking for an experienced HR professional to fill in the position of Talent Supply Manager in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

The Talent Supply Manager’s objective is to make sure TEAM gets the talent it needs for its current and future customers and for its internal projects within the expected time frames. It is a strategic position which requires business intelligence, forecasting and delivery ability. It plays a central role between sales and operations. It requires a deep understanding of the market needs, extensive knowledge of the company’s talent base, and the ability to manage customers’ expectations. The main focus is on billable positions.

The Talent Supply Manager oversees TEAM’s five (5) main sources of talent supply: external recruiting, bench, internal reallocation, internships, and University training and recruiting, and makes sure all options are considered for any open position. It also ensures our training effort is in line with the market needs.

The main KPI for this position is the “delivery in full on time”, meaning the ability to find candidates (internal or external) which match customers’ requirements within the committed timeframe.
