Schedule: 5 days 10am-7pm, 2 days-off, 5 days 5pm-1am (taxi will take you home), 2 days-off.
• Perform on-call duties one weekend a month
• Be fully engaged in communications with customers — verbal communication by phone, help desk tickets, messangers, correspondence
• Communicate information to developers and other engineers
• Take ownership of customer issues and work through the required process to resolution
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Filing accurate and timely reports regarding problems
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Organize, manage, implement, and maintain efficient and effective automated systems to ensure the reliability and integrity of the computer infrastructure
• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
• Resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.
