· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

· Implement HR strategy within the organization working alongside business leaders
· Develop and update procedures, policies, and guidelines
· Handle confidential documents and information
· Direct and monitor benefit packages such as compensation, health insurance, vacation time and maternity leave
· Coordinate appraisals, promotions and employees termination
· Enforce best HR practices
· Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture
· Oversee investigations and complex employee relations issues including attrition
· Managing the HR department’s annual budget
· Evaluate and make recommendations on cost-effective training and development programmers
· Global responsibility for the organization’s talent functions and culture
