Senior Software Engineer/ Solution Architect (Java or Python)

Experience Required: 8+ years

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced software engineer to refactor integration layers between our legacy and new CRM systems and the broader platform.

Key Requirements:

• 8-10 years hands-on software development experience
• Minimum 5 years in solution architect role
• 3+ years recent Java or Python development experience
• Strong SQL knowledge and database skills
• Proven track record in system integration design
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present architectural vision to teams
• Results-oriented mindset with focus on achievements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Snowflake and / or advanced MS SQL Server experience
• Recent AWS experience (Azure/Google Cloud also considered)
• Experience with (CRM) system integrations

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integration solutions
• Refactor existing integration layers
• Ensure seamless data flow between systems
• Collaborate with internal and external teams and providers on technical requirements
