Job Title: Jr/Mid Talent Sourcer

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcer to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about talent acquisition, with the potential to grow into a Recruiter role in the future.

You will play a critical role in sourcing top talents, primarily for the US market, leveraging your creativity and expertise to build robust talent pipelines and engage with passive candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and identify professionals across a variety of roles, focusing on the US market (1+ years of experience).
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using innovative sourcing techniques.
• Engage passive candidates through creative outreach strategies.
• Analyze and screen candidate resumes to match them with client requirements.
• Assisted in arranging interviews for qualified candidates and ensured a smooth process.
• Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Draft and send personalized greetings and follow-up messages to candidates.
• Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
• Collect and share feedback with candidates and internal teams.
• Track and report pipeline activity to the Talent Acquisition leadership team.
• Support recruitment processes by pre-selecting applications, organizing, and conducting initial interviews.
• Utilize direct search techniques, including LinkedIn, to identify high-potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, preferably for the US market.
• Strong understanding of direct sourcing techniques and methodologies.
• English communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to engage with passive candidates effectively and build long-term relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A growth mindset with a desire to take on new challenges and advance to a Recruiter role.
