• 2+ years of experience in HR brand management, HR, Recruiting, L&D, Talent Success Management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to write a compelling story;

• Generate ideas for HR and Recruiters to improve current employees’ loyalty and attract new talent;
• Create and execute internal HR communication plans that promote an exciting and engaging employee experience with TEAM;
• Engage with internal leaders and employees and empower them to create stories, videos, and other aspects to showcase work location, environment, team, and role impact in collaboration with the business;
• Generate recruitment leads through job posting websites, social media accounts, website, and other internal and external resources;
• Develop and drive the employment brand strategy ensuring alignment with the recruitment/HR and overall business strategy and priorities regionally;
• Determine appropriate channels to recruit qualified applicants, in addition, to optimize channel and advertising spend;
• Plan and create recruitment and HR collaterals, branded materials, giveaways, etc.;
• Event management.

The Employer Branding Manager oversees all the company’s business branding strategies. The person plans establishes and oversees the company’s social media presence and blogging websites. The EBM is accused of growing the company’s online presence on various work sites, creating innovative ways to attract prospective employees to the company’s website, and distinguishing new recruitment opportunities through social media.

Among secondary responsibilities, there are: arranging and overseeing the creation of all printed recruiting materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, slides, and ads. The EBM also develops and manages recruitment campaigns using an assortment of media, such as print, websites, and social media.
