— At least 3+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, interaction architecture

— Proven ability to work cross-team and to synthesize feedback and input from UX, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
— Experience working remotely as part of a distributed team.

— Demonstrated success in creating customer-centered SaaS applications business software and mobile apps.
— Web-based and mobile app interaction design in a global context.
— Experience creating style guides, pattern libraries, and other design solutions that drive design across a distributed organization.
— Assist in extending and maintaining pattern libraries, and other standards resources, to document the established look and feel. Builds interface design discipline as a component of the product development process.

— Create detailed wireframes together with a project by project presentation structure for all features. Designs follow the structure of all screens created to date in coordination with PMs.
— Drive day-to-day design tasks for incremental launches in 2021 ensuring clear hand-off with product and tech.
— Document all page variations (inclusive of what-if scenarios, edge cases, and exception handling) while vetting and creating clear design specifications, in collaboration with UX, Product Management, Marketing and Engineering
— Perform and report various user tests and studies on pages and workflow variations together with the UX Director.
— Develop, communicate and apply deep customer knowledge to the evolving product design

Our client is building out their User Experience Team to evolve their suite of small business CRM products, seeking an experienced interaction design to join the UX Director and UI graphic designer. You are an experienced interaction designer who understands user experience from UX architecture to micro-interactions. You enjoy the problem of taking an existing UI and designing solutions which incrementally improve the experience, with your eye firmly on our target end-users: very small businesses worldwide. You’re able to roll up your shirt sleeves, problem solve with the team, and work collaboratively across time zones.
