• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English, written/spoken is a must
• 10+ years’ experience working in the software delivery industry with strong business skill, ideally with a project management background
• Excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working with clients, internal staff up to Director level
• Very strong understanding of software delivery methodologies, including Agile, RAD, Kanban, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Have a very good understanding of and SaaS development environments, as well as understanding of architectural concepts
• Strong presentation skills; ability to appropriately tailor communications to the size and nature of the audience, including business and technical personnel
• Demonstrated ability to look at options for solutions and ideas that add value; uses their initiative and assumes responsibility for own and their team’s work, to ensure clients get the best possible service
• Excellent interpersonal skills and working with multiple project teams
• Strong conflict resolution skills, to help defuse issues between organizations, teams or individuals as required
• Willingness to travel, as there will be a need for business trips to work with clients or sales
• A flexible approach to hours of work is essential as the job will require evening work to meet business needs
• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field
• Ability to see opportunities for TEAM to cross-sell to clients, to add value for them and maximize business earning potential.


• Look at opportunities with existing clients to increase revenue, and cross-sell services with them to benefit both organizations
• Use business and technical experience to create personalized delivery teams for new clients, to ensure that the resources complement the industry sector, clients’ needs alongside their respective skill bases.
• Manage resource holiday planning for clients, to ensure continuity of services on projects to maintain continuity of service for the client, as well as resource expectations.
• Manage Project Managers, and support the project team with the client to maximize delivery, and ensure that the project is being run in line with “best practices”. Mentor and Coach PM’s using the experience to develop and grow the business skills.
• Build and developing strong relationships with customers to ensure client retention and ongoing effective working environments between the organizations
• Act as the point of escalation for the client and the project team for issues, and ensure speedy resolution for both organizations, to minimize the impact of issues and proactively manage risks
• Ensure client satisfaction of work conducted, including product quality and professional resources, to ensure client retention, job security for resources and maximizing business revenue
• Undertake Project Management for clients, where an official PM is not allocated to ensure the work is completed to “best practice”
• Manage internal organization stakeholders and directors to ensure “buy-in” and successful delivery of work for clients, to promote and ensure effective communication internally and externally as standard
• Maximizing business benefit by cross-selling additional resources or products to clients to build on their relationships with TEAM
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and directors
• Work with Sales on prospects to ensure that they are given “best practice” advice on industry standards, and present options with pro’s and con’s, to provide solutions to their specific needs. Travel as necessary to meet with clients “face to face” to provide the personal touch on business engagement
• Follow company policies, software development standards/processes/practices, and actively challenge the process to ensure it improves, where needed
• Mentoring/Coaching/Leading Project Managers, and/or teams.
