xChangePlus is a one-stop data and document exchange platform that fully automates the transaction process from contract onwards, for all participants. We provide access to real-time transactional data and source documents, so the most accurate and up-to-date information is instantaneously available. The process of buying/selling real estate is complicated, frustrating, and outdated.
Updating the current system would require a massive overhaul that is too risky and/or disruptive for dominant market leaders whose present success stands on traditional methods. We’re here to change all of that. We firmly believe that buying/selling a home should be as simple as trading stock, just a few clicks of a button.
Responsibilities:
Create documentation for the product since Day 0
Work with design team to provide UI mockups for the product
Create tasks and user stories for the development team
Participate in scrum activities
Work closely with product manager and design team to cover edge cases
Requirements:
2 Years of Business analysis experience
Experience of writing product documentation (Specifications/Use cases/Userstories)
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Experience of working with API REST/SOAP/GraphQL
Strong personal interest in usability and application GUI design
Understanding of SDLC
Experience working in SCRUM / Agile environments
Analytical thinking
Strong investigation skills
Pro-activity
Advanced English
Nice-to-have:
Experience designing API from the scratch will be a plus
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases will be a plus
Experience in Real Estate market will be a plus
