A professional who loves to solve conundrums and think through and develop hiring strategies for every unique project. Someone who knows how to assemble a team from scratch, provide the necessary support for candidates at all stages of the interviews, launch bridges between a talented applicant and his future team, and then feel proud that “I was at the start of this process and found the best professionals”.
Requirements:
2+ year of proven experience as a recruiter and participation on various selection processes
You have data-driven, analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills
You’re detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
You are able to create inspirational texts for job descriptions as well as have experience in developing recruiting reports
Experience with recruiting Software — CRM Systems, HR databases
You have excellent written and verbal Ukrainian, Russian, and least intermediate English
Responsibilities:
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
Screen candidates resumes and job applications, selection, support of tests&assessment programs and interviews
Assist in the ongoing improvement of processes that improve People analytics efficiency and ensure the best outcomes for performance review
Gather data from market-based compensation surveys; use data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends
Involvement in company’s policies and procedures optimization, planning and organization of corporate activities
