We are looking for a recruiter for a full cycle of selection of candidates.
A professional who loves to solve conundrums and think through and develop hiring strategies for every unique project. Someone who knows how to assemble a team from scratch, provide the necessary support for candidates at all stages of the interviews, launch bridges between a talented applicant and his future team, and then feel proud that “I was at the start of this process and found the best professionals”.


  • 2+ year of proven experience as a recruiter and participation on various selection processes
  • You have data-driven, analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills
  • You’re detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
  • You are able to create inspirational texts for job descriptions as well as have experience in developing recruiting reports
  • Experience with recruiting Software — CRM Systems, HR databases
  • You have excellent written and verbal Ukrainian, Russian, and least intermediate English


  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications, selection, support of tests&assessment programs and interviews
  • Assist in the ongoing improvement of processes that improve People analytics efficiency and ensure the best outcomes for performance review
  • Gather data from market-based compensation surveys; use data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends
  • Involvement in company’s policies and procedures optimization, planning and organization of corporate activities
