Experience in Node.js / C#/ C++ /Java or any OO language
Good English and communication skills
Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures

Experience with micro-service and distributed systems
Interest for real-time and asynchronous systems
Familiarity with any cloud systems (AWS, Azure, Google app engine)

We are looking for experienced backend developers to join Bolt’s engineering team in Tallinn, our home city.
The engineering challenges we face are quite unique and we’re looking for +10 engineers this year to make sure everything keeps running smoothly:
— Real-time system with tens of thousands of drivers, many of whom count on Bolt for a big part of their income.
— Millions of customers from 40 countries with volumes growing +20% a month.
