🔹Experience in IT sales, lead generation or business development in an outsourcing company;
🔹4+ years in B2B business development or sales roles for the US or European markets;
🔹 Exceptional negotiation and communication skills;
🔹 Experience in multi-channel marketing, lead generation, sales research;
🔹 At least 3 years of experience in email and LinkedIn outbound sales;
🔹 Ability to connect and develop strong client relationships;
🔹 Good writing skills (your grammar is on-point, word choice is smart);
🔹 The ability to work with our CRM in an efficient, systematic approach is key;
🔹 The ability to connect on a friendly level with clientele and leads who speak mostly American-English and are busy on-the-go business owners;
🔹 Deep understanding of software and design outsourcing & consultancy industry;
🔹 Deep understanding of the sales cycle of IT services;
🔹 Knowledge and experience with different inbound and outbound sales channels;
🔹 Great level of business English (writing and speaking — grammar, spelling, stylistics).

Обязанности

🔹 Outreach and initial engagement with qualified leads — email, phone, LinkedIn;
🔹 Set up and qualify new meetings for Executives via outbound emails/Linkedin;
🔹 Support sales activities up to end-to-end deal closures as part of a Sales Unit;
🔹 Create management reports and reviews on lead generation performance;
🔹 Answering inbound inquiries, analyzing requirements;
🔹 Creating messaging scripts and develop scenarios (various campaigns) attract potential clients’ attention;
🔹 Sending 30+ outbound emails/Linkedin messages each day;
🔹 Dentifying, researching, and building lists of potential sales prospects & leads through publicly available sources (websites, directories, marketplaces etc.);
🔹 Finding direct emails/phone numbers etc. through a variety of search tools (Google, LinkedIn, etc.);
🔹 Managing and coordinating mass outreach campaigns (mailing, Linkedin);
