As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you are the face of TaskDrive. You will work closely with clients from all over the world and strengthen your communication skills and relationships. You will manage lead generation projects, ensuring that all researched leads pass our quality assurance check. You will also ensure all activity metrics are met to ensure a high-quality service delivered every time.
