Qualifications and experience:
• Intermediate level of English or better is a MUST
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-confidence, perseverance, persuasion, resourcefulness and proactive
• Ability to prioritize, handle several projects simultaneously and work well with minimal supervision

Key responsibilities:
• Build working relationships with colleges, universities, IT courses to promote employer’s company brand
• Organize and/or attend career fairs as to generate qualified applicants
• Work with employment agencies and search firms
• Manage the internship program: source and recruit interns and plan learning and development opportunities for them
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
• Take part in various HR projects, like collection of employee feedback, development corporate benefits programs, discount systems and other
