Senior Product Designer (вакансія неактивна)

Please note that we consider only candidates who are ready to work from the office in Warsaw 4 days a week or in Kyiv

Responsibilities:

— Maintain every aspect of the product design process, from user research and ideation to usability testing and pixel-perfecting design specs.

— Design end-to-end flows and experiences for the Tango web and mobile application.

— Design solutions that meet customer and business needs.

— Work closely with product owners to discover new ideas and shape product growth strategy.

— Partner with other designers to refine design systems and integrate new features into our evolving products.

— Work closely with engineers as they build and ship solutions.

— Collaborate with stakeholders, such as VP Management and Marketing.

— Iterate on designs based on research, and feedback from users and stakeholders.

Requirements:

— 5+ years of relevant experience in product design.

— Strong communication and collaboration skills that make your designs, decisions, and ideas understandable and actionable to a diverse set of cross-functional audiences.

— Experience with design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar.

— A true passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.

— Portfolio showing evidence of your work as a UX designer working on mobile apps and web applications.

— English from B2.

Will be a plus:

• Experience working with data to inform your design decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Design or Computer Science.
• Experience in fast-paced and growing start-up environments, such as B2C product companies, and growing startups.
• Experience working in social media or entertainment products.
