VIP Account Manager (night shifts) (вакансія неактивна)

This role involves working night hours (8 p.m.- 4 a.m.)

Responsibilities

• Manage on a daily basis close relationships and support with our VIP users
• Keep track and monitor on the VIP users activity on a daily basis including sales and up-sale promotions.
• Build personal relationships and create a personalized experience for them.
• Track and monitor the VIP players activity on a daily basis.
• Provide customer care through various channels and handles.
• Gather feedback and propose improvements to customer experience.
• Cross teamwork with all aspects of marketing, monetization, features and products
• Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions and activities — where the KPI is to bring players to their next level

Requirements

• Spoken English (at least B2) — must
• Previous experience at sales or customer support roles, preferably from B2C companies
• Strong communicator, customer-centric, proactive and target driven
• Passion for social apps — advantage
• Knowledge of additional languages (Indian, Arabic, Turkish) — advantage
• Prior experience with support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc)- advantage
