3PM-12AM Kiev time from Monday to Thursday
1PM-10PM on Fridays. (Company reimburses Uber rides from the office).

— You will be our customer technical support throughout the integration lifecycle of Talkable customers’ (such as for Hotels.com, American Eagle, Udacity, Comcast, Society6, Gymboree, Spring, and 200+ others).
— You will be responsible for troubleshooting, component validation and testing (e.g. helping the customer validate if they are using webhooks correctly, responding to and solving issues that arise during implementation, having the ability to drive the customer through technical decisions).
— You will participate in kickoff calls with our clients to scope out technical projects and to gather requirements and will also schedule additional technical calls/meetings with them if needed.
