We are currently seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to transition to full-time after a trial period, with the potential for expanded responsibilities within the marketing field.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:
— Craft and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
— Manage multiple social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Content Creation and Curation:
— Generate fresh and engaging content, including posts, images, animations, and articles, to showcase our company’s expertise and internal life.
Community Engagement:
— Foster and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
— Actively participate in industry-related conversations to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
Analytics and Reporting:
— Monitor social media analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
— Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to measure the impact of social media efforts.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
— Work closely with the remote marketing, sales, and development teams for content generation.
Qualifications:
— 0,5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
— Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
— Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
— English B2.
— Experience with AI tools, Canva, Figma, or similar platforms for content creation and design.
— Experience with targeting Meta ads would be an advantage.
— Be able to maintain the constant pass of content generation.
