Our client is an IT outstaffing company with a team of over 100 software engineers work in a collaborative environment. They are more than 9 years in the market and they are a leader in IT staff augmentation services.

About the project:

The company is a global provider of Digital Asset Management solutions with a headquarter in the US.

Our client’s product enables storing, sharing, and accessing information and assets — effortlessly and effectively to drive individual and organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new features and maintain an off-the-shelf system for digital asset management (search, edit, add, delete, etc.).
• There are automatic tests. On a custom “engine”.
• Communication with clients in English.
• The front-end uses jQuery so it would be a great plus, but the main work is the Back-End.

Project features:

— Currently, we’re rockin’ a PHP server that’s vibing with the PHP 7.3-7.4 version, but we’re gearing up to roll with PHP 8.1 next month.
— Vanilla PHP, MySQL 8, and a sprinkle of jQuery.
— Our server digs are on AWS, and we’re rollin’ with Gitlab, Nginx, and Ubuntu.
— Here’s the kicker: We’re prepping to transition to either Laravel or Symfony.
