I have worked at Talentuch for almost 2 years. Every time I think about that period I realise that it was one of the best moments in my life.

Learning opportunities: I learnt a lot during these two years. When I came I knew nothing about tech recruitment, and after some time I was already leading the team and teaching other people how
to source and attract candidates.
Another example: once I came to my managers suggesting that I’m over growing my current role and they created a modified role for me — that’s something you are likely not to experience with other companies.

Flexibility: I could work from any place I wanted. When I had some urgent needs — management supported me and I could be flexible.

Management: You can work in the best company in the world, but if you have a bad manager — you will be demotivated and will have burnout. At Talentuch managers really care about you, giving you opportunities to grow and reaching your best. It’s a company with an open culture where everyone has a voice. Also, managers always shared feedback with me which helped me grow faster.

Impactful work: Every day I felt that my efforts matter. I got many challenging tasks, but they all brought great results for clients and candidates.

Overall, I am so glad I worked at this amazing company. Without Talentuch I would not be where I am now. Thank you! ❤️
