• English at the upper intermediate level (both written and spoken);
• Ukrainian / Russian — competent speech and ability to prepare technical documents;

• Possession of tools for a schematic representation of processes (for example, Draw.io).
• Previous experience in banking;
• Knowledge of the basics of programming in VB.Net, C #
• Knowledge of the techniques for collecting requirements and the ability to apply them in practice
• Understanding of SDLC and the ability to adapt it to the chosen methodology (framework) of management
• Ability to work with the quality of both the product and the processes

• Collection of information (interviews with customers), description, top-down and bottom-up analysis, proposals for optimizing customers’ business processes;
• Description of business processes in BPMN 2.0 notation;
• Identification and formalization of functional and non-functional, business and system requirements;
• Preparation of formalized documents (description of the “AS IS” process, description of the “To Be” process, Terms of Reference, PDD, writing BRD, creating UI mockups and agreeing on them with customers; + creating Traceability Matrix; validating requirements
• Development of user stories and use-cases, organization of the acceptance testing process, registration of test results.
• Improving product quality and development processes by tracking and fixing product deficiencies in the production environment
