2+ year experience in full lifecycle recruiting for an IT-company.
Experience in recruiting developers with Middle+ level and non-IT personnel as well.
Knowledge of technical terminology, platforms, frameworks, languages.
Upper-Intermediate English.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Deep experience in active recruitment.

Full cycle of recruitment (active candidate’s screening, selection, CV database managing, publishing and updating of information about the open positions, organization and conduction of interviews, etc.)
Assist with onboarding of new hires, including preparing orientation materials, coordinating and scheduling.
Monitoring and implementation of the best recruitment practices.
Networking and building relationships with industry contacts and employees.
Building effective communication within the company.
Corporate culture development.
Plan, coordinate, organize and perform events and activities.
