— Fluent in English, Ukrainian (Russian);
— Strong B2B sales experience;
— Experience with input gathering from prospective customers (data collection in b2b setting);
— Understanding the need for documentation of the sales process;
— Basic data analysis skills.

Background:
— Proven track record from sales of IT-solutions to smaller companies (B2B). The ideal candidate also has some B2C sales and/or marketing experience as well;
— Experience from the management of the sales team and/or participation in business development is a further benefit.

Support product development:
— Conduct market research — to inform product design and sharpen the customer value proposition;
— Provide input for product pricing;
— Input customer feedback to product development;

Develop marketing material:
— Secure required marketing materials are developed.

Drive sales to Merchants:
— Identify target customers within selected geography (long-list);
— Drive sales dialogue with target customers;
— Gather objections from customers for systematic resolution;
— Close sales with customers incl. contract;
— Secure ongoing dialogue with customers re. satisfaction and complaints.
