Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Tacans Labs and our Web3 portfolio companies, positioning us as leaders in the blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) sectors.
- Oversee the branding and marketing efforts of both Tacans Labs and the Web3 projects we create and invest in, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.
- Lead a marketing team, manage day-to-day operations, and provide clear direction to achieve strategic goals.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, content, paid advertising, PR) to boost brand awareness, user acquisition, and community engagement within the Web3 space.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to adjust our marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition in the rapidly evolving blockchain sector.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, leveraging data to continuously optimize for better results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role within the blockchain or Web3 space.
- Proven track record of managing marketing teams and driving successful campaigns for tech or blockchain companies.
- Deep understanding of the Web3, blockchain, and DeFi ecosystems, including key technologies, trends, and industry players.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, social media, content creation, community building, and data analysis.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams, build relationships, and engage stakeholders across the organization.
- Creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher); additional languages are a plus.
