— Support your team by sharing knowledge and giving feedback.
— Solve customer problems and teach them how to use our website.
— Improve customer service and suggest better ways to do things.
— Work with your team to meet goals and share feedback with management.
Requirements:
— Strong English skills (both speaking and writing).
— Good communication skills.
— Experience with social media support is a plus.
— Ability to explain complex systems simply.
— Organized and good at managing your time.
— Knowing additional languages is a plus.
