Your role is to work closely with one of our largest clients from the USA, ensuring effective communication and the delivery of high-quality services. You will be responsible for enhancing processes, solving challenges, and maintaining excellent working relationships within the team.

Required Skills

🔹 1+ year of experience as an IT Project Manager at Scrum-like projects
🔹 Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken)
🔹 Work experience with the U.S. and European companies
🔹 Critical thinking and analytical skills
🔹 Excellent communication skills, ability to negotiate and defend decisions
🔹 Fearless approach to asking questions and diving deep into any kind of issue
🔹 Structured and organized work approach
🔹 Great attention to detail
🔹 Focus on constant self-improvement and professional growth
🔹 Strong desire and motivation to develop into a PM Team Lead

Will be an advantage

🔹 Experience managing teams of 10 or more members
🔹 Technical experience or knowledge
🔹 Background in BA/QA or a related IT field
🔹 Non-IT management experience

🔹 Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather business requirements and mapping a project plan
🔹 Facilitating the Scrum development workflow and managing the team delivery metrics
🔹 Building and maintaining relations with clients that are based on trust
🔹 Control over the terms and scope of tasks and timely notification of the client
🔹 Maintaining and forming documentation and reporting, providing it to the client
🔹 Forecasting problem moments and situations, making proposals for their solution
🔹 Maintain a balance between the interests of the business and the team
🔹 Motivation and building effective teamwork
🔹 Actively seek opportunities to enhance your skills and progress toward a Team Lead role
