We are cloud oriented managed service provider working with clients all over Europe, MEA and United Kingdom. We build our services on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
We’re looking for an experienced and customer-oriented team player with at least 2+ years experience on management positions in IT industry.

Requirement to applicant:
• 2+ years on management positions;
• Experience in running projects in IT;
• Experience with working in JIRA
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure)
• Project management experience in areas of planning, scheduling, issue resolution, change request management, risk management, release management, documentation;
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English — will be used for pre-sales stage, communication with client for project deployment ( written, oral), professional certification
• Strong organizational, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities;

o Project Management certification (PMP, PgMP, PfMP, ITSM, etc.) is plus
o Knowledge of ITIL is a Plus
o Experience in creating and running trainings, workshops, other educational activities;

Effectively cooperate with customer management to understand business goals
• Coordinate service desk 1st,2nd and 3rd line on task completion, customer SLA, perform reporting

• Ensure the internal efficiency of the entrusted business unit
• Engage into and coordinate the pre-sales process and discussion with clients to build the optimal delivery engagement work to standards set on the project while ensuring timely delivery of customer’s business;
• Preparation of new bids (technical and commercial proposals for incoming projects)
