Senior Software Engineer (Python / FastAPI / React / LLMs) (вакансія неактивна)

We are an early stage startup, we already have paying customers and just raised a VC round. In our engineering team we have one founding engineer, CTO and CEO working on a product and writing code. We are moving fast, taking full ownership and have a lot of space to grow.

🔧 Our Stack

• Python + FastAPI on the backend
• React on the frontend
• Azure for infrastructure (Infra-as-code, CI/CD, etc.)
• LLM pipelines for writing and maintaining code
• We use AI-first approach in engineering

💥 What You’ll Actually Do

• Build product from scratch and own large chunks of it
• Work directly with the CTO on architecture, product, and go-to-market
• Work directly with real logistics clients — learn what matters, ship fast, iterate
• Push the LLM-powered development loop forward (codegen, QA, test scaffolding, etc.)
• Help define our architecture, engineering culture, and hiring bar
• Wear a few hats. Break a few things. Fix them fast.

⚡ You Might Be a Fit If:

• You’ve built and shipped things end-to-end
• You like autonomy, fast iteration, and zero bureaucracy
• You’re fluent in Python, comfortable in React, and opinionated about clean APIs
• You’re experienced using AI to build software
• You’d rather talk to a client than argue over tickets
• You’re obsessed with shipping product that makes a real-world impact (every single day)

🧠 Bonus Points For:

• DevOps skills (we’re on Azure)
• Experience working with logistics APIs (e.g., carriers, 3PLs)
• LLM / AI agent workflow experience
• Startup / scaleup experience
